Kelly Donahue-Piro
As Founder and President of insurance consulting and training firm Agency Performance Partners, for more than a decade Kelly Donahue-Piro has been inspiring clients and conference attendees alike to be “Ridiculously Amazing.” An empathetic visionary, Kelly sees herself and her team not just as expert advisors but as a “BFF” to agency owners, coming alongside with an arm around the shoulder when times are tough and a round of high-fives when success rolls in.
Jason Cass
Jason Cass has been in the insurance industry for 23 years. He owns The Insurance Alliance, a three-location agency that specializes in nonprofits, with a niche in workers' compensation for nonprofits. Jason created the popular podcast, NP Local, to help those in the nonprofit niche improve their practices. He also founded The Insurance Podcast Network, the largest network of insurance podcasts with over 65,000 monthly listeners, and authored the Amazon bestselling book, "Customer Service is Just Foreplay."
Lisa Miller
As a former deputy insurance commissioner, Lisa represents and advises property insurance companies representing 25% of Florida’s six million personal and commercial residential policies. She served as lead advisor to Florida’s Property and Casualty Insurance Fraud Task Force and serves as regulatory consultant to investors who are entering Florida’s insurance market. Lisa served for 10 years as the exclusive insurance lobbyist and technical consultant for the Florida Realtors association with 140,000 members in all Florida counties.

Chad is responsible for new business development and account relationships for Small Business program at ABA Insurance. He has a Bachelor's in Political Science & Communications from Cleveland State University, Ohio, and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

The small print: Guest room rates are subject to a daily resort fee of $15 per room per night for event only, taxable at 6.5%.
This includes enhanced amenities, two welcome Shores cocktails, water bottle, Shores S’mores kit, in-room coffee & tea, morning beach yoga classes, bike rental counts and much more. Fitness and Business Center access included, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Room rates quoted above are subject to tax, which is currently 12.5%.
Parking Options:
Self-park fee of $12.50 (plus applicable taxes) per car for overnight guests for this event only.
Valet parking fee $30.00 (taxable at 6.5%), per car for overnight guests.
